May / Jun / Jul 2019 (3 months) - RM150
Aug / Sep / Oct 2019 (3 months) - RM150
Nov / Dec 2019 (2 months) - RM100 (transition months)
Q1 2020 (3 months) - RM150 (change to new calendar quarter basis)
Q2 2020 (3 months) - RM150 (change to new calendar quarter basis)

Change of Quarter Cycle

In order to minimise confusion and for convenience to all residents of their payment cycle, the security fee payment quarter cycle will be aligned to the typical calendar quarter of a year as shown above.

Appreciate residents' understanding to pay the correct amount RM100 during the transition months (Nov & Dec 2019) for ease of proper records and avoid unintended errors. Thank you for your kind understanding and continued supports.

Collection Counter Operating Hours

For residents' convenience, the collection counter inside the guardhouse will be open from 1st to 10th every month, 7:00 - 9:00 pm. The security contribution collection amount at RM150 remains the same and no change. Online payment to RA CIMB account is still acceptable, click here to obtain RA CIMB bank account number.
