Application for auto boom gate access card. 

Read the salient terms below before applying. 

Access Card – Auto Boom Gate

1.  Apply online only at www.indah12.com with a fee of RM55 per access card.

2.  At least current quarter security fee is settled to be eligible for applying access card.

3.  Access cards will be dropped into your house mailbox.

4.  Proof of house address is required – submit Utility Bill (or screenshot) that matches the house address applied.

5.  Pay to QRPay code below or pay online to our Maybank account (not CIMB bank). No cash accepted. Payment to security guard is NOT allowed.

6.  Do not pay to CIMB Bank or QR Code for security fee (solely collected by Redland Security)

7.  Keep security fee payment up to date to avoid suspension of access card. 

8.  Access card will be automatically suspended/deactivated if the security fees outstanding more than 2 quarters (i.e. 6 months).

9.  Due to limited manpower, please bear with us on the application processing and access cards distribution.

10. No changes to existing car stickers. Residents with existing car stickers still can enter and exit through non-access card lanes operated by security guard.
